材料質(zhì)量控制不合理個別施工單位在采購原材料時，為降低采購成本選用質(zhì)量相對較差的MS密封膠，導(dǎo)致施工后門窗結(jié)構(gòu)的密封性能無法達(dá)到規(guī)定要求。同時，MS密封膠的存儲條件直接影響著其性能，如果存儲環(huán)境不符合要求，很容易降低材料性能。通常情況下，為避免副反應(yīng)發(fā)生，并保證MS密封膠性能的穩(wěn)定，其儲存溫度應(yīng)控制在00C}270C。一旦溫度過高，容易加速M(fèi)S密封膠的老化過程，降低其性能;而溫度過低會使MS密封膠凍結(jié)，損害其茹性、彈性。加之個別施工單位缺少對MS密封膠的檢查、測驗(yàn)，使不達(dá)標(biāo)的材料流人施工現(xiàn)場，對后續(xù)施工質(zhì)量有著不利的影響。通常情況下，施工工作前應(yīng)對使用的MS密封膠進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)，如檢測MS密封膠外觀及物理性能等試驗(yàn)，還應(yīng)做好MS密封膠與基層材料的兼容性測試，但實(shí)際施工中因測試工作不全面，無法充分了解材料的性能，MS密封膠與基層材料出現(xiàn)不茹結(jié)、脫落的問題，嚴(yán)重影響了施工質(zhì)量。

MS密封膠施工中，基層處理是保證施工質(zhì)量的重要一環(huán)�？茖W(xué)、有效的基層處理能夠提高M(jìn)S密封膠、基層的茹結(jié)性能，確保密封效果穩(wěn)定、持續(xù)。但在實(shí)際施工中，很容易出現(xiàn)基層處理不到位的情況，不僅影響了MS密封膠的施工質(zhì)量，還降低其使用效果。比如，在涂抹液體MS密封膠時，基層表面存在水分、油污等雜質(zhì)，如果清理不全面，使得MS密封膠、基層茹結(jié)不緊密，很容易脫落、開裂。具體操作中，基層表面不平整，存在凹凸不平或坑洼現(xiàn)象，極大地影響了MS密封膠的均勻涂抹，黍占結(jié)效果大幅降低。使用模具時，如果脫模劑使用不合理或清洗不全面，會在基層表面留下殘留物，很容易影響MS密封膠、基層之間的茹結(jié)性能。此外，基層表面的濕度也影響著MS密封膠的茹結(jié)性，濕度過高、過低都不利于MS密封膠與基層材料的茹結(jié)。http://www.www.machasoul.com/
