下面主要介紹汽車總裝過程中內飾使用的粘接劑和硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠，主要有車門膠條粘接劑、頂棚粘接劑、地毯粘接劑和車窗硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠等。

(1)車門橡膠硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠條粘接劑

汽車車門需要經常開關，為了達到緩沖、減振和密封的目的，以避免鋼板之間的直接碰撞并防止塵土和雨水等侵入車內，在車門或門框周邊都安裝有橡膠密封條。橡膠密封條的固定方法有兩種:粘接方法和機械夾緊方法，前者比較牢固，后者則較容易更換。五菱車型采用機械夾緊方法固定車門橡膠硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠條。

(2)頂棚粘接劑

頂棚在增加內飾豪華性的同時還具有隔熱作用，項棚有硬頂和軟頂兩種。一般情況下，硬頂使用機械固定法固定，而軟頂使用粘接方法固定。五菱車型有硬頂也有軟頂。軟頂原來的粘接方法是:把膠噴涂在頂蓋上，然后將頂棚內飾粘接上去，該方法不易操作且作業環境毒性較大。現在采用的粘接方法是:將壓敏性粘接劑預涂在頂棚背襯上，用隔離紙隔開;施工時，只需撕開隔離紙，再把頂棚安裝到頂蓋上即可。

(3)地毯粘接劑

為了達到隔熱和舒適的目的，汽車地板上都鋪有地毯。地毯的固定方法有兩種:粘接法和扣緊法。五菱車型采用的是扣緊法。

(4)防水薄膜粘接劑

車門內護板在裝配之前，一般要粘一塊防水薄膜，以防止雨水沿玻璃進入車內污染車門內飾材料。五菱車型采用有隔離紙的不干粘接劑，使用時把粘接劑沿車門四周粘好，然后將防水薄膜與粘接劑貼合。

(5)汽車車窗玻璃的固定

汽車車窗玻璃的密封性不好會產生漏雨現象。為防止這類問題的發生，有些廠家先用橡膠密封條固定玻璃，然后在玻璃與橡膠條之間用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠進行密封。有些廠家直接在玻璃和窗框之間注入粘接劑，然后壓緊貼合。五菱車型普遍采用后一種方法。

(6)防振一隔熱阻尼膠板

涂裝工藝中使用的防振一隔熱阻尼膠板是平鋪在地板上，而總裝的粘接部位有前排座椅前、后的立板以及發動機檢查蓋等，將加熱后的防振一隔熱阻尼膠板粘貼到上述部位后，可以起到隔熱和防聲的作用。http://www.www.machasoul.com/
