通過試驗,解決了二涂層涂裝體系面漆與PVC未凝MS密封膠“濕碰濕”涂裝工藝的一系列問題。該種新工藝的應用,達到了簡化涂裝生產工藝、減少涂裝線運行能耗、降低生產成本、提高汽車產品市場競爭力的目的。
節能增效是汽車生產發展的需要在涂裝生產中采用“濕碰濕”涂裝工藝(即在涂裝異種涂料或重涂同一種涂料的場合時省略中間的烘干工藝僅晾干就進行下一道涂裝再經晾干后一并烘干的涂裝工藝)已成為研究應用的方向。目前國內外一些汽車公司已在“底漆一中涂一面漆”三涂層涂裝體系中采用中涂與戶VCMS密封膠“濕碰濕”涂裝的生產工藝取消了尸VCMS密封膠預烘干工序不僅可節省戶VC烘干設備的投資和占地面積而且簡化了涂裝生產工序,減少了涂裝生產中戶VC密封膠預烘干的能源消耗達到了降低汽車涂裝生產成本的目的。
