       可知低溫循環(huán)交變老化過程中,拉伸剪切強(qiáng)度先略有下升720I,后降至2.0V11,左右并趨于穩(wěn)定,比初始值下降了約14070-960 h后,破壞類型山“內(nèi)聚破壞”變?yōu)椤按蟛糠謨?nèi)聚破壞,小部分針合金面赫附破壞”,1440h后鋁合金而剩附破壞進(jìn)一步增大在高低溫循環(huán)交變老化試驗(yàn)前期,破壞類型保持為內(nèi)聚破壞,造成拉仲剪一切強(qiáng)度下降的原因主要是丁基防水嵌縫膠膠層內(nèi)聚強(qiáng)度的下降。在高低溫潮濕交變老化試驗(yàn)后期,破壞類型逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殇X合金而孫附破壞,這說明界而私附強(qiáng)度發(fā)生了下降。當(dāng)界而赫附強(qiáng)度小于丁基防水嵌縫膠膠層內(nèi)聚強(qiáng)度時(shí),就會發(fā)生內(nèi)聚破壞向豁附破壞的轉(zhuǎn)變界面瓤附強(qiáng)度下降主要有如下兩個(gè)原因:第一,丁基防水嵌縫膠膠層與鋁合金華材的熱膨脹系數(shù)不司,高低溫循環(huán)交變附界而處發(fā)生周期吐應(yīng)力變化,進(jìn)而詳致界面勁附破壞;第二,在高溫高濕環(huán)境下,水汽分子和附著在粘接接頭表的凝結(jié)水會逐漸滲透至丁基防水嵌縫膠膠層和鋁合金基材的粘接界面處,水對鋁合金造成腐蝕,導(dǎo)致粘接界面發(fā)生解吸附在上述兩個(gè)原因的共同作用下,界面赫附強(qiáng)度快速下降,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)kG附破壞。

       丁基防水嵌縫膠經(jīng)紫外老化后,拉伸性能和拉伸剪切強(qiáng)度測試結(jié)果分別如圖3和圖4所示可知:紫外老化過程中,拉伸強(qiáng)度逐步下降,斷裂伸長率變化不大,2 000 h時(shí),拉仲強(qiáng)度降至2.87 MPa,比初始值下降了約260。在紫外老化試驗(yàn)箱中,拉伸樣品同時(shí)受到紫外光、高溫和高濕三個(gè)老化因素的作用。波長340 nm的紫外光的光子能量約為352 kJ/mol,而丁基防水嵌縫膠大分子鏈中存在的C-N鍵鍵能約為305 kJ/rnol, C-C鍵鍵能約為332 kJ/mol,C-0鍵鍵能約為326 kJ>l。紫外光照射可造成丁基防水嵌縫膠表面大分子出現(xiàn)斷鏈降解,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致拉伸強(qiáng)度下。高溫和高濕兩個(gè)老化因素對拉性能的影響與高低溫循環(huán)交變試驗(yàn)中類似。在上述三個(gè)因素的共同作用下,拉伸強(qiáng)度并未出現(xiàn)先升后降,而是逐步下降,這說明紫外光照射是不者之中的主要老化因素。http://www.www.machasoul.com/
