DSE膠是一種單組份熱熔反應性單組分聚氨酯密封膠，主要用于中空玻璃的第二道密封。DSE是英文Dual Seal Equivalent的縮寫，意為“等效雙道密封”，這種膠既有丁基膠的密封性，又有二道膠的強度。傳統的中空玻璃通常采用丁基膠作為第一道密封，硫或硅酮膠作為單組分聚氨酯密封膠。在生產過程中，由于單組分聚氨酯密封膠在短期內不能達到要求的強度，為快速完成訂單或盡快發貨，致使在生產和運輸過程中常發生中空玻璃內外片錯位等現象，這大大降低了中空玻璃的完好性。

DSE膠是在普通熱熔膠的基礎上升級而成的。普通熱熔膠擁有良好的水汽密封性能，優秀的氫氣保持能力，單組份使用方便，固化迅速，曾經被認為是中空玻璃二道單組分聚氨酯密封膠的最好選擇。南寶DSE膠在保留普通熱熔膠特性的同時，增加了與水汽接觸后進行化學膠茹固化的特性。既有物理固化效果，又有化學膠戮效果。其中物理固化在打膠后10 min內完成，產生強大的初粘力，此時的中空玻璃即可搬運、裝框、運輸，無需等待養護。而化學膠豁固化，會與水汽接觸產生后慢慢完成，根據空氣濕度的不同，一般在1一4周后完成。化學固化完成后，剪切強度是物理固化和化學固化的結合，達到或者超過了雙組份硅酮膠和聚硫膠的剪切強度。同時，固化完成的DSE膠不再是熱塑性的，耐熱性和難寒性都得到很大的提升。

DSE膠在2000年已經在歐美得到推廣和應用。研究表明，充惰性氣體的中空玻璃可以降低其導熱系數，這就對中空玻璃內惰性氣體的泄露率提出了嚴格要求。早在2002版本的中空玻璃歐標EN1279中，就明確規定中空玻璃內的惰性氣體年泄露率必須小于1%。在國內，中空玻璃國家標準GB/T 11944-2012中，明確增加了充氣中空玻璃氣體含量的要求以及檢測方法，并且要求中空玻璃的壽命至少巧年。保持中空玻璃內的氣體少泄露，可以有效保持中空玻璃的U值在使用期內達到要求已成為共識。http://www.www.machasoul.com/
