從表可知,不同牌號硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在高溫下的耐久性沒有統一規律,造成以上差異的主要原因是配方差異所致。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠分子在高溫環境中始終存在兩個方向的變化,一個是未反應完的交聯劑偶聯劑與主鏈上輕基繼續反應,交聯度提高;另一個是分子鏈斷裂。當交聯度提高作用大于分子鏈斷裂作用時,拉伸強度提高;反之,拉伸強度減小。幾種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠之間配方設計不同,交聯度不同,粘接能力也不同,導致了長期高溫老化后的不同變化趨勢。
結語
(1)在溫度一30200℃內,隨測試溫度升高,拉伸粘接強度和伸長率以近似線性下降趨勢變化;但每種硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠降幅不同,所測6個牌號硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠拉伸粘接強度降幅在(2.8%-4.3%)/10℃,伸長率降幅在(2%-4.5%)/10℃。
(2)同一溫度長期耐久性因老化溫度不同有不同結果,在溫度90,120℃環境中老化1年,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠拉伸粘接強度變化率不超過20%,未出現粘接破壞現象,可認為在溫度120℃環境中使用1年硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠與玻璃和鋁基材的粘接仍然可靠。在溫度150℃老化8個月、溫度180℃老化5個月時硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠失去彈性,發生大面積粘接破壞現象,所以在溫度超過150℃長期使用時,應考慮硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠與玻璃的粘接性問題。
(3)同一溫度長期耐久性因配方差異有不同結果,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠1#,2#,6#在發生粘接失效前拉伸強度大于初始值,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠3#在發生粘接失效前拉伸強度幾乎都小于初始值。http://www.www.machasoul.com/
